IC designed to supply off-board systems in automotive applications. Features protection against reverse polarity and short circuit. Supports supply voltages up to 45V. Output voltage follows reference voltage with high accuracy, down to 2.0V. Can drive loads up to 150mA while accurately following a reference voltage, e.g., 5V from a main voltage regulator.
